Hi, liebe Ratschlaggebende, ich habe folgendes "Mentales" Problem: Ich will endlich mal meinen Hintern hochbekommen und mit meiner Vergangenheit abschließen weil ich selbst merke, wie sehr mir das mein Leben versaut. Als rat, habe ich mir sämtliche Selbsthilfe Tipps auf Hilfsportalen oder anderen Websites gesucht, die zwar allesamt schwer, aber durchsetzbar sind. Doch die alle haben einen Punkt gemeinsam, mit dem ich überhaupt in keinster Weise klar komme und was trotzdem ein wichtiger Schritt ist um aus dem loch raus zu krabbeln: Vergebung. Ich soll denjenigen vergeben, die mir in meinen Leben geschadet haben. Das Problem hierbei ist, dass es sich größtenteils um meine Eltern/Großeltern handelt, die mich mein ganzes leben lang immer nur so haben wollten wie sie es gern gehabt hätten und mich, wenn ich eigene Entscheidungen treffen wollte oder eigene Interessen zeigte, gedemütigt oder Ignoriert haben (dass dauernde verprügeln durch meine mutter lasse ich hier mal weg). Ständig haben sie für mich entschieden, egal was war. Oft habe ich widersprochen und es hieß nur, dass ich ja undankbar bin und nicht weiß wie gut ich es habe. Als ich dann noch angefangen habe, interessen zu verstecken, hieß es bei familienfeiern nur: "jaja, die kann uns eh nicht leiden, sagt uns ja auch nie was". Als meine kleinen Geschwister kamen, war plötzlich alles anders. Sie durften machen was sie wollen, dürfen jetzt sogar beide ein BVJ machen, während ich in eine sinnlose Ausbildung getrieben wurde. Es kotzt mich so sehr an, wenn meine Eltern jetzt sagen: ja, wir müssen halt auf die Interessen von [Geschwisterkind XY] achten. Ich durfte mich mein leben lang nie ausprobieren, nie schauen wer ich wirklich bin oder was ich will. Ich musste mich immer nur nach anderen richten, weil mir immer in die Birne gedroschen wurde, dass erwachsene ja Recht haben. Ich hab versucht das bei meinen Eltern anzusprechen und es kam nur das typische: komm drüber weg. Ich bin jetzt 25, komplett leer und habe keine Ahnung ob mein weg überhaupt irgendwo hin führen kann. Als ich meiner Mutter mal gesagt habe, dass ich Suizid Gedanken habe, kam von ihr wortwörtlich: lass den scheiß! Das kann ich mir nicht leisten! Und die Reaktion meiner Oma auf einen WhatsApp status mit genau diesem Thema war: lösch das! Was soll Opa denken wenn er so was liest?! Die haben sich also nicht verändert, alles was zählt sind ihre wege und ich bin wie sonst auch immer nur das schwarze schaf. Wie zum geier soll ich denen Vergeben? I have all but mastered Festival on controller but for the life of me cannot come anywhere near close to perfecting any pro lead/bass charts with a difficulty ranking of maybe 3-4 out of 7, or higher. My riffmaster roughly 50ish playtime hours in has quickly become a source of severe frustration. My brain and fingers simply cannot seem to be able to process notes quickly enough.
